Doing our part to protect the world
Two of the most common materials left at a construction and demolition site are wood and cardboard. Often these items are discarded like normal waste but are actually a valuable commodity that can be recycled into new products or re-used in many new ways.
With growing concern for the impact we have on our environment, recycling and “green” business practices are an important part of the construction industry. Not only does recycling help the environment, but can help generate business as the trend for “green buildings:” grows.
At ORR Contractors, we believe in doing our part to help protect the environment. We provide cardboard and wood recycling as well as steel and metal. We will pick up the recyclable materials and deliver them to a center certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
